We accept MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Visa, and PayPal Online.
We accept international orders, and we'll ship to most countries, with the obvious exception of Indonesia/Malaysia/Singapore/Philippines and Nigeria, where in 5 years almost every order has been attempted fraud.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY ONLY BE PAID USING VERIFIED PAYPAL.
US Postal Service Global Priority takes about 8-14 days to most locations. US Postal First Class takes 2-4 weeks on average.
|Backorders||You will be notified as soon as possible (usually within a few hours) after placing your order whether any parts you have ordered are backordered. If we are incorrect and an item that we believed to be in stock is backordered we will notify you immediately and give you the opportunity to cancel that item with no penalty.
|Service||If you EVER have a problem or concern about an order, we want to hear about it YESTERDAY. There is no excuse for poor service, not from us, not from anybody.
The bottom line is that the axioms of service, quality, price, and performance don't change just because you order via the internet. You get what you pay for in life.
|Shipping||APO/FPO and POST OFFICE BOX DELIVERIES: Normal APO/FPO deliveries will be via traditional USPS nationwide or international shipping. APO/FPO orders range from $15-up for shipping, even for small items. That's just what they charge us...sorry.
Most orders received by 12:00PM are shipped the same day. UPS lead times vary from 1-2 business day in the Pacific Northwest to 6-7 business days to NY or FL. If you need something faster use USPS Priority which is 2-3 days to most areas. So if you live in the eastern half of the country, we use USPS Priority.
DOMESTIC USA GROUND SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS $150 AND UP, but for expedited shipping we link to actual UPS and USPS rate tables.

|You can cancel an order before it's shipped. Once shipped, it would be handled as a regular return/exchange.
|We are happy to accomodate exchanges under Healtech's 30-day money back guarantee. Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from our staff. We are happy to facilitate return of defective items since we take care of our customer needs. DO NOT wait a few weeks and then wonder why we will not exchange an item.
Return shipments must be sent pre-paid and insured, as we will not accept COD and are not liable for what happens to the package on its way back to us. And we cannot refund shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Returned items must be in resellable condition.
